The Príncipe Felipe Auditorium and Conference Centre was inaugurated in 1999 and is built over a former water reservoir, elements of which have been preserved and remain visible within the new building. Located in the centrally situated Plaza del Fresno (formerly Plaza de La Gesta), it has a classically styled interior into which all the facilities and technical infrastructure required to meet the needs of meeting planners and organisers were incorporated.
